Delete your account

You can delete your Redice account from inside the app at any time.

1. Open Redice and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete account”.
3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere.

What deletion removes

Deleting removes your email, phone number and social sign-in links, and disables your devices and alerts. Community reports stay on the map for their normal 24-hour lifetime but are no longer linked to an identifiable account. Moderation and audit records are kept where required for safety and legal obligations.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email address and we will process the deletion.
