Common questions

Why can I not report here? You must be within 500 metres of the location you are reporting, and your device location must be recent and accurate.

Why did my report join another one? Nearby reports of a compatible type within a short time window are grouped into one incident so the map stays readable.

Why did a report disappear? Reports leave the public map 24 hours after the last confirmation.
